Multi-Channel Engagement (MCE) Hub Overview

The Multi-Channel Engagement Hub is being created to unify the pursuit across business units (Biomedicines, Oncology, and Diabetes) for how connexxt-health interacts with customers (both healthcare providers and consumers). Our vision is to create an industry leading MCE capability utilizing modern communication channels within the customer workflow or everyday experience to help us create a more valued, relevant, and integrated customer experience that also drives more efficient business results. Much progress has been made and new capabilities developed, but we now need to take MCE to the next level.

Overall Job Purpose

As a core member of the Commercial Analytics team, enable Japan marketers to improve customer experiences and business results by making better business decisions based on data and analytics. Help employees think through key environment and business challenges, run effective analysis, and improve strategic planning and execution. Enable to achieve a more integrated customer experience by recommending the right combinations of channels and level of promotion across sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

●Lead analytics partnership with one of Japan’s Top Pharma Companies’ major business units
●Lead analytics strategy for Companies’ Multi-Channel Engagement Hub

  • Lead marketers in identifying and prioritizing key business questions, shaping analysis
  • Lead business analysis, working closely with analytics partners and teams in Japan, globally
  • Drive action based on findings by sharing recommendations to teams, management
  • Drive analytics strategy for multi-channel engagement across business units
  • Work across functions to shape, continuously improve analytics capabilities at Japan
  • Develop process to integrate analytics into marketing planning, implementation cycle
  • Drive the organization towards a culture of data driven decision making

Skills/Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years analytics, market research, marketing or sales force effectiveness experience
  • Experience working with and drawing actionable conclusions from large, complex sets of data
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, senior leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Proven experience with statistical analysis
  • Strong communication / presentation skills
  • Business level proficiency in written and oral English and Japanese
  • MBA or other relevant graduate degree
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or related industry or in healthcare or management consulting
  • Demonstrated ability to champion ideas in the face of challenges
  • Experience in influencing and working with global teams
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and business intelligence tools such as R and Tableau
  • Ability to prioritize competing priorities while delivering high quality service and products
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast paced multilingual & cultural international environment
